- 60 g (2 oz) Halal-Certified Taco Seasoning Blend
- 8 Large Corn Tortillas (โ24 cm/9-inch)
Instructions
- Prepare Chicken: Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- Season Chicken: Rub taco seasoning all over the chicken.

- Slow Cook Low: Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

- Shred Chicken: Shred chicken with two forks.
- Return to Juices: Return shredded chicken to crock-pot to coat in juices.
- Warm Tortillas: Warm tortillas in microwave or skillet.
- Assemble Tacos: Spoon chicken onto tortillas and top with cilantro and lime.
