Instructions
- Cook Pasta: Boil rotini until al dente, then drain (do not rinse).
- Sear Chicken: Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper; sear in olive oil until cooked through.
- Bloom Garlic: Melt butter in the skillet, then sautรฉ minced garlic until fragrant.
