  • 1 Medium Yellow Onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Butter
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) Pretzel Crumbs
  • 8 Cilantro Leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare Cheese Mixture: Combine cheddar and chipotle powder.
  2. Season Beef: Mix ground beef with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and soy sauce. Form into thin patties.
  3. Stuff Patties: Add cheese mixture to 8 patties, top with remaining patties, and seal edges.
  4. Cook Sliders: Grill or pan-fry patties for 3-4 minutes per side, until cooked through.
  5. Caramelize Onions: Sautรฉ onions in butter until softened, then add maple syrup and vinegar.
  6. Toast Crumbs: Toast pretzel crumbs until golden brown.
