Description

Easy peach cobbler made with canned peaches- a delicious and simple cobbler recipe that’s loved by everyone.


Ingredients

  • 1 can peaches (420 gms)
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • ยพ cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ยผ teaspoon salt
  • ยผ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 stick unsalted butter (around 113 grams)
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Step: Keep the butter stick in a baking dish (around 9×13 inches) and put it in the oven while it’s getting pre-heated until melted, or microwave for a few seconds.
  2. Step: In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and cinnamon powder, then add milk and mix until you get a smooth batter.
  3. Step: Pour the batter over the melted butter.
  4. Step: Gently pour canned peaches along with the syrup on top of the batter, ensuring they are evenly spread without mixing.
  5. Step: Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180ยฐC (350ยฐF) for around 45-50 minutes.
  6. Step: Enjoy with a dollop of ice cream or whipped cream.

Notes

You can use fresh peaches or different fruits and berries. For a less gooey center, do not use the entire can of syrup. Extra cinnamon can be sprinkled on top before baking for added flavor.
