  • 0.25 tsp (1g) garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp (1g) black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp (2g) salt
  • 8 corn tortillas (6in)
  • 100g (3.5oz) feta cheese
  • 0.5 cup (120ml) Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) olive oil
  • 1 tsp (5ml) lemon zest
  • 1 tsp (5ml) lemon juice
  • 1 tsp (2g) dried mint
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) honey
  • 0.25 cup (30g) pomegranate seeds
  • 2 tbsp (30g) parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp (15g) red onion, sliced
  • 0.25 tsp (1g) sumac (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Marinade: Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, za’atar, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, pepper, and salt.
  2. Marinate Chicken: Toss chicken strips with marinade; refrigerate for 30-120 minutes.
  3. Make Yogurt Sauce: Combine yogurt, olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, mint, and honey; chill.
  4. Preheat Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil grates.
  5. Grill Chicken: Grill chicken for 3-4 minutes per side, until cooked through.
  6. Warm Tortillas: Warm tortillas on the grill or in the microwave.
