Description

This delicious peach jello fluff salad combines fresh peaches with jello, pudding, Cool Whip, and marshmallows into a flavorful summer treat.


Ingredients

  • 3 ounces peach gelatin
  • 4 ounces cook and serve vanilla pudding mix
  • 1ยฝ cup water
  • 8 ounces cool whip, thawed
  • 3 ounces mini marshmallows
  • 4 peaches, diced

Instructions

  1. Step 1: In a medium saucepan, whisk together gelatin mix, pudding mix, and water. Cook over medium heat and bring to a boil.
  2. Step 2: Remove the saucepan from heat and pour into a large mixing bowl. Cover with plastic wrap.
  3. Step 3: Refrigerate until mixture has thickened (overnight or for about 4-6 hours).
  4. Step 4: Once mixture has thickened, beat until creamy with an electric hand mixer.
  5. Step 5: Fold in Cool Whip, marshmallows, and fruit. Chill for about an hour before serving.

Notes

Do not make this further in advance than the morning you plan to serve it, as the peaches release moisture and can make the salad runny. Use Cook and Serve pudding specifically for a creamier texture. Optional additions include drained pineapple tidbits or sliced bananas.
