  • Corn Kernels (½ cup / 75g): Thawed.
  • Avocado (1 ripe): Sliced.
  • Pico de Gallo (½ cup / 120g): Fresh diced tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  • Greek Yogurt (¼ cup / 60ml): For creamy dressing.
  • Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1 Tbsp): For dressing.
  • Honey/Agave (1 tsp): For dressing sweetness.

Instructions
