- 2 Tbsp (30ml) Pickles, thinly sliced (optional): Dill pickles.
Instructions
- Caramelize Onions: Sautรฉ thinly sliced onions in olive oil for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Add Glaze Ingredients: Stir in brown sugar, cook for 2 minutes, then add apple cider vinegar.
- Simmer Glaze: Season with salt, pepper, and paprika; simmer for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
- Form Patties: Divide beef into 12 portions (25g each) and shape into thin patties.
- Cook Patties: Cook patties for 2 minutes per side (adjust for doneness), adding cheese during the last minute.
- Toast Buns: Lightly toast slider buns for 30 seconds.
- Assemble Sliders: Spread mayonnaise (optional) on buns, add glaze, patty, lettuce, tomato, and pickles (optional).
- Glaze & Garnish: Drizzle with remaining glaze and sprinkle with parsley.
